Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PeeLog application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).

The subscription fee is $5.00 per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

PeeLog is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The insights and analytics provided are for informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PeeLog, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
